We need help setting up our booth and handing out info sheets as people come in! It’s great fun, and only a little dangerous!
LV4ALL General Meeting and PotLuck Dinner
POTLUCK MEAL AND CAMPAIGN KICKOFF!
We provide meat and drinks, you bring the rest! We need desserts, side dishes, salad, and all the leftovers from the 100 other pot lucks you went to this summer!
We invite all fall candidates to re-introduce themselves, we will meet the new Coordinated Campaign Manager, an author who wrote a book on how dems can organize, Armando Mortiz Chapelliquen, Speakers on stopping AI warehouses in our area, Mark Miller (with other experts) A talk about Voter Protection and expanding drop box availability by Nichole Pietrzak, and a chance to be the first to canvass for our candidates and win a prize! Will it be a fun night for all? Well, you do the math! YES!!!
This is an important night for us to re-group, break bread, and make plans to beat Mackenzie so come ready to dig right in!

The first official canvass of this general election phase. Come out and help stump for your favorite candidates so we can have nice things.
The Republicans will be out in full force to keep Ryan Mackenzie in his seat so we need to make sure that doesn’t happen.
Fundraiser
We are doing A FUNDRAISER to help pay for printing, postcards, stamps and signs.(etc) Since we are the swingiest district in the swingiest state, we’re doing a “SWINGIN’ TRIVIA” night at Steelworkers Hall, 6:30-8:30. We’ve asked the Swing Dance group to join us for a lively demonstration, and of course there will be food and drink and …… TRIVIA! (oh and prizes) The cost is $40 per person, so mark it on your calendars, polish up your dancing shoes, and bone up on your useless knowledge! Coopersburg Parade Sunday Oct 11th 3pm
Early warning system. - The Coopersburg Parade is Sunday October 11, 3:00 Our theme is “Imagine the Headlines” With a float decorated with what the headlines could look like if we get different people in office! It’s a newspaper thing! We need people to help decorate the float, ride on it, walk beside it, and give out candy! It’s a blast so don’t miss out. Bob Brooks Campaign Ad
Another request from the campaign. They are filming a commercial where Bob is coaching a baseball game. ( then he’ll serve drinks, plow your snow, and put out your fire!)- this seems to be taking a turn-They just need a crowd in the stands for the game. They need all kinds of people! Bring your kids, your grandma, your dog, your hair dresser, and your wacky uncle! The filming is on Monday, Aug. 17, so time is of the essence!

BACKPACK GIVEAWAY
START COLLECTING TOOTHPASTE! The annual Backpack Giveaway is right
around the corner on August 8, 12-3 at Bucky Boyle Park, 10 Pump Pl.
Allentown. We get hundreds of kids there gathering supplies to help them have
a successful school year! Our thing is always hygiene products!
We give out gallon ziplock bags with bath soap, toothpaste and a toothbrush.
Also, feminine products, deodorant and shampoo are in extremely high demand!
We literally need like 500-700 bags each year because the need is great, and we
hate to run out before everyone gets one. You can drop off supplies at the
Steelworkers hall in the bin in the back by the coke machine, or at Kathy’s house
6460 Red Sunset Circle Coopersburg, or at Sue’s house in Bethlehem, 4312
Bedford Dr. 18020 . You can also make a financial
donation for us to purchase supplies on our website: LV4ALL.org. We will need
several volunteers to stuff the bags, and work the event.
DEM GROUP COALITION PICNIC
This will be a great opportunity to mix and mingle with
the other progressive groups in the valley and get our plans together to get
everything on track this fall. These are the FUN political people, so you don’t
want to miss it! We will update you shortly as to what to bring! Pack up the
babies and grab the old ladies and everyone go!

Lynfield Community Center Picnic
ON SUNDAY JULY 12 we will be holding our annual Summer Picnic with
our partner group the LYNFIELD COMMUNITY CENTER, 1-3. 1889 Lynfield Drive,
Bethlehem. We are partnering with Bethlehem City Democratic Committee on
this. Our groups provide hamburgers and hot dogs, and paper products. We
ask everyone to bring a dish to share. Please RSVP to
lehighvalleyforall@gmail.com and let us know what you will bring. We need side
dishes, (maybe baked beans or mac and cheese or other hot sides) salads ( like
macaroni, lettuce, etc.) and desserts, maybe chips and dip etc.
Also, we want to give out door prizes of gift cards to the residents of the
community, so a $25 gift card to a grocery store, or just a generic card for
anywhere would be great!
If you can come a little early (like at noon) and help set up, we would be forever
grateful!
We’re planning on kids activities, karaoke, and hopefully some elected officials
and candidates as well!
This is a great opportunity to reach out to the neighbors of this community and
talk to them about their lives, and what issues they care about.

Spring Break
Please help kids on Spring Break obtain the nourishment they are missing by not attending school. Participants should bring donated food to the Steelworkers Hall between 8:30am - 12pm on March 28, 2026. Volunteers are needed to help assemble bags and deliver them to participating families. Should you be unable to deliver your donation, please drop it off and others can perform that task.
